Karl…the hypocrite

I’m so ashamed. For the past year, I constantly notified Matt of typos in his blog. I didn’t do this to make him feel bad. I guess I did it because I’m a perfectionist. There were even times when I sat over his shoulder and corrected him as he typed along (not in a psychotic control-freak sort of way…more in a get-your-ass-off-the-computer-because-it’s-my-turn sort of way). But I digress…

I never understood how somebody could knowingly publish a blog entry with typos. Yet, I just reviewed my first entry and found numerous errors. Does this make me a bad person? Perhaps I’m not worthy of this phenomenon we call blog.

blogs are not about the spelling or the grammar — they are all about what you want to say.

Pfft. We all make typos in blogs.

By the way, a word of advice: get a yahoo or hotmail or other freebie account and post that as your email address on the blog instead of your work email. The spambots will clog your work email addy otherwise. 🙂

Good afternoon. I know this is a bit off topic, but I am looking to setup a blog similar to yours on my website. Can you recommend any websites or tools that could help me?

    Many thanks,

    Drake
