I Removed the Hideousness That is Me
Matt viewed my blog last night and commented that I look horrible in the picture I had decided to post in the red banner to the right. So, It has since been removed. But it got me to wondering since I thought it was one of very few decent pictures of myself. I wonder if my interpretation of “decent looking” is different from Matt’s (and other peoples).
So, to prevent me from humiliating myself further by posting heinous pictures on the right, I’m including a few here for you all to decide. The photo people like best will be the new photo posted on the right. The others will be deleted from memory (and my hard drive).
We’ll call this one Window
We’ll call this one Sofa*
We’ll call this one Wharf
We’ll call this one Boat

“Window” should be thrown out the window. It’s a bad pic, merely because the light is so out of balance. The light coming from the window washes out one side of your face, and casts a shadow on the other. Don’t use it as a main photo.
“Boat” isn’t bad at all. I thought it was fine.
So that leaves “Wharf” and “Sofa” for the prize of runner-up and the crown. Here’s what you have to decide: which one represents the “you” that you show to most people? From what I’ve read so far, I’d say that’s probably “Wharf” (a darn fine choice, too). But really…that’s the question you need to answer.
what was wrong with the old pic? i like the one with you in the stocks. but you gotta do what you gotta do, so probably warf i guess. hmm. which one do YOU think is best?
I agree wth Thomas, I liked the one that was there. I’d probably pick wharf too.
How old is Sofa? It looks kinda dated but still makes my pants a get a bit tigher.
Oh dear. Karl, I think you over-reacted a bit. All I said was that there are better picutres of you. ….Like SOFA!!! Hello! Hot! That was when I fell in love with you! We were so young and innocent! Actually, though I rather liked the picture of you in the stocks. Made me laugh and went well with your blog entries. Angst and all.
Well, it seems people like the goofy photo of me in shackles so that is what will remain. But what does that say about you guys? You prefer me in bondage?
