Legal Magazines Proliferate Law Firms Learning to Listen (part 2)
As a former magazine editor who rode the microcomputer magazine boom and bust and watched the dot.com magazine boom and bust, I can’t help but notice the proliferation of legal magazines as an indicator of a hot industry. Hot because of the complex, information-rich times we live in. Hot because of the increasing competition between firms for clients. Hot for jostling and positioning for competitive advantage. But mostly hot for advertising dollars! Magazines sprout up where fertile marketing budgets live. Attendees of the LMA New England Regional Conference were exposed to these stalwarts and contenders from American Lawyer Media:
– Corporate Counsel
– The American Lawyer
– IP Law & Business
– D&0 Advisor
– Law Firm Inc.
– GC New England
