Han-Jun is currently the CEO of CytoTech Industries. CytoTech Industries aims to value-add and benefit people’s lives through its products. The company’s range of products now include:


1. Genkii ( – an emerging talent venture powered by artificial intelligence, for consultants and professional service providers. Assembled an incentive package worth US$ 36.9 million to drive demand for consultants’ services, inclusive of more than US$ 5.8 million worth of contracts to feature eligible consultants on selected radio stations and business magazine. The talent venture comprises 600 plus consultants and is still growing;

2. Genkii ! Chat – a chatting/ video call mobile software for users to communicate securely with their children and elders. Potentially helps to reduce frauds/ scams/ phishing attempts. Free to download and use at Google Play;

3. Genkii ! Secure – a messaging mobile app for business professionals to chat safely and securely with their business associates. Free to download and use at Google Play; and

4. Genkii Cybersecurity – Providing cybersecurity and telecommunication solutions to businesses and professional service providers.

5. Radio Future – Radio station that focuses on everything futuristic.

6. The Business Global – Business magazine for corporate executives around the globe.

7. Terra Link Research – Developing research system that distills more than 200 million signal sources to provide insights concerning ESG, sustainability and climate change for clients.


Additionally, he is also advisor to several companies spanning across the globe and is the author of the book “Distilling Actionable Green Insights for Sustainable Development“.


A firm believer in the values of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) issues, sustainability and innovation with experience in engineering, government and international business development, Han-Jun puts his effort in people, causes and organisations that make the world a better place.   He develops strategies and insights addressing to sustainable urban development, ESG, built environment technology and organisational development. He previously held positions at the Ministry of National Development (Singapore), Building and Construction Authority (Singapore) and Land Transport Authority (Singapore).


Han-Jun is a real practitioner with solid experience of hands-on and on-the-ground implementations in several high-level built environment and infrastructure advisory projects for governments and organisations spanning across multiple states of India, Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore, other parts of Southeast Asia and also Middle East region.   His experience spans across implementation of large infrastructure projects with science-based, evidence-backed and data-driven strategies for environmental risks, climate risks, community handling, operations, project management to whole-of-system approach covering Results-Based Financing (RBF) Project Management Model, Transport, Water, Sustainability, Land Development (Redevelopment), Housing, Building Control, Waste Management, Greenery, Built Environment Technology plus the connectivity components comprising Airport, Sea Port and Railway.


Throughout his career, Han-Jun’s passion has been creating spaces for sustainability issues and exchange of knowledge between domain experts.

“My passion is to encourage responsibility for environmental issues and to channel private initiatives for public good. For me, this means combining economic dynamism with fairness, responsibilities, proper knowledge and compassion.”


Some examples of his work included:

1.       Involved in advisory projects to help the government of Andhra Pradesh, India to build their new capital city, Amaravathi;

2.      Involved in advisory projects to help governments in Southeast Asia to advance sustainable urban development;

3.      Involved in advisory projects to help the Federal Government of India with sustainable urban planning for various India states;

4.      Training more than 2,000 civil servants and public officials from the Singapore government service on sustainability and liveability concepts spanning different built environment topics;

5.      Leading mission trips representing Singapore real estate and construction companies to Middle-eastern and India markets;

6.      Involved in large infrastructure projects totaling about SGD0.5 Billion – included on-site contractual management, project management and financial management of large infrastructure projects such as building an underground tunnel that intersects an existing old tunnel at Chinatown (Singapore), an underground tunnel situated along Telok Blangah (Singapore) that lies on high water table, drafting the project contract for a underground rail station at Marina South (Singapore), an underground station at Beauty World (Singapore) and my final project which is an underground station and tunnel at Bukit Panjang (Singapore);

7.      Involved in setting up the Construction Productivity Centre and assisted with managing the SGD250 Million Construction Productivity and Capability Fund for the Singapore government, primarily to help real estate and construction companies to mechanise and improve productivity at the operational level;

8.     Project managing, designing and later lectured on the Basic Concept in Construction Productivity Enhancement course for the Singapore government. Trained more than 5,000 Singapore companies over the span of three years; and
