Boo, Ricky

I watched the 2nd season of The Office.

DISAPPOINTING.

But I’m still hopelessly in love with Martin Freeman (aka Tim).

More in a bit.

Really? I thought it was more focused and funnier than season 1. Not, though, as quotable.

The thoughtless way David Brent kept moving the girl in the wheelchair, for an example of something that stuck in my mind, was horrible, in character and hilarious.

i’ll write more on it later but for now i’ll just say that what you call ‘focused’ i call ‘unsubtle’ or even ‘heavy-handed’. the wheelchair bits were good though.

i won’t be disappointed, no matter what. this show was great in its first season and i won’t take no for an answer. the second season is in my netflix queue…

but seriously, c, tim? bad, bad, bad, bad. tim will never make any woman (or man, or himself) happy.

you are not allowed to slag tim. i demand an explanation for why you feel he could never make me (or anyone else) happy! the first season was phenomenal and i watched the DVD about 8 times in a row, but you’ll see that the second blows. well, it doesn’t COMPLETELY blow, there are some good parts. i mean to post a longer explanation when i get around to it…
