My Bad
Oops. Long story short, I (very uncharacteristically!) got extremely upset and vocal with my cable provider today for something. I (very surprisingly) got them to rectify the problem …only to realize afterwards that it was mostly our fault.
Now I feel guilty. T doesn’t seem as concerned.
