House of Flying Daggers
posted in The Kitchen Sink |Saw this movie a couple of days ago and really enjoyed it. I laughed, I cried. I don’t have anything particularly deep to say about it (yes, yes, you all are shocked, I know), although I practically had to tape my roommate’s mouth shut to prevent her from ruining it with a social critique. She managed to squeak “Orientalism” before I could complete the job however. I’m going to have to be quicker next time.
