Restaurant Associates Feedback Sought

We are opening an ongoing discussion with the new food service provider at the Hark, Restaurant Associates.  An important part of that discussion will come from your input.  Drop us a comment or an email and tell us what you think about the Hark and the Hark Cafe.  Like the food?  Don’t like the food?  Want something different?  Love a new element that RA has brought in?  Let us know!

It would be helpful if there was nutritional information posted at the Hark, rather than just being online.

  2. Spike says:

They need to have Heinz ketchup. Hunt’s is not a real alternative.

  3. Dre says:

Where did the Crimson Cash Only line go today?? I hate waiting while people fumble with their wallets. Let them do that at the other 3 registers. Please leave one as a Fast Lane!

  4. NH says:

Please have them provide small containers for dressing like they used to.

Also, they don’t refill the salad bars through the end of each meal period. When asked to refill, they say that what is there is there, and that’s it. Please make sure they have plenty of food at least through the entire time they are supposed to be open for full meal service.

    Thank you.

The cashiers routinely (purposely?) overcharge for snack items and packaged drinks, charging me for different, more expensive items instead. I usually correct them, but during lunch rush the cashiers look annoyed at you if you’re not willing to pay an extra $0.70. They should be better trained.
