The As One project has used advanced data analytic techniques to discover eight different models of collective leadership. The new language goes well beyond the popular dichotomy between command-and-control versus collaborative.

In his talk, Mehrdad Baghai (MPP/JD ’91), who has co-authored As One: Individual Action, Collective Power with Deloitte Global CEO Jim Quigley, will introduce this new language for collective leadership and announce a new project to collect 10,000 examples of effective collective behavior.
