The Technical University of Munich* – Right-Wing Schooling for Germany’s Children: and Germany’s Government Stands Idly By – 2
(Moderator, Anja Reschke:) “What you see here is the modern HDJ, not the old HJ under Hitler, although you might easily confuse the two. As in the Hitler Youth, children in the new HDJ go hiking and camping together, do their physical and mental exercises, and obey the ‘Fuehrer’ principle. And the German Federal Ministry of the Interior, responsible for the police and security services? They just watch and do nothing about it – and they’ve been doing nothing about it for years.
“Britta von der Heide, Dietmar Schiffermueller and Andrea Roepke report to us about an organization that is increasingly on the offensive in its recruiting of children in Germany.”
(Reporter’s Voice-Over) These concerned German parents have taken to the streets and are holding a demonstration – out of feelings of helplessness and fear for their young sons and daughters. In their area, the neo-Nazi HDJ (‘German Youth, Loyal to the Homeland’) has been recruiting school children.

Die Technische Universität München* – Nazi-Schulungen für Kinder: Bundesregierung schaut tatenlos zu – 2
(Moderator, Anja Reschke:) „Die hier – das ist die HDJ, nicht die HJ. Kann man leicht verwechseln. Denn auch da gibt es gemeinsame Wanderungen und Zeltlager, körperlichen und geistigen Drill, es gilt das Führerprinzip. Und das Bundesinnenministerium? Sieht zu – seit Jahren.
Britta von der Heide, Dietmar Schiffermüller und Andrea Röpke über einen Verein, der immer offensiver auftritt und Kinder anwirbt.“
Sie gehen auf die Straße – aus Angst um ihre Kinder. Besorgte Eltern – eine Demonstration der Hilflosigkeit. Ein rechtsradikaler Verein wirbt in ihrer Gegend Schüler an: die Heimattreue Deutsche Jugend.
