On February 12, the Emerging Leaders cohort met with the 2015 group of mentors to kick off this year’s mentorship program. Mentors this year include:
- Marie Bowen, Assistant Dean and Chief Human Resources Officer
- Jill Crockett, Associate Director of the Clinical and Pro Bono Programs
- Ken Lafler, Assistant Dean for Student Financial Services
- Francis McCrossan, Dean for Administration of the Harvard Law School
- Pratike Patel, CIO for Harvard Law School
- Dehlia Umunna, Deputy Director of Harvard Law School’s Criminal Justice Institute
After a round of introductions, the mentors spoke a bit about what inspired them to participate in the program and gave some advice for making the most of the mentorship experience. We then broke into small groups for the mentors and their mentees.
