The Gilded Age, Googizon, & Net Neutrality

I’m BACK from the summer hiatus.  And this morning I’m guest blogging over at American Public Media’s “Future Tense” blog on network neutrality.  I posit that we may enter an era of “Internet Tycoons” that rival Morgan and Vanderbilt, basically as a way to reference a 20-year-old computer game that I like.
