U.S government representatives are celebrating the upward trend. Goli Ameri of the U.S. Department of Education praises American universities as being “unequalled in their quality, vitality, and variety.” For former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, exchange students are part of the “richness of America.”

Auch US-Vertreter jubilieren über den positiven Trend. US-Universitäten seien „beispiellos in ihrer Qualität, Vitalität und Vielfältigkeit“, lobt Goli Ameri vom US-Bildungsministerium. Und für US-Außenminister Condoleezza Rice machen die Austauschstudenten die „Reichhaltigkeit Amerikas” aus.
