And if it can be as part of the police unit set up for protection of the state, then that too is a possible decision.’

„Nach der Sendung bitten wir den Innenminister erneut um ein Interview. Treffen ihn auf einem Festival. Der öffentliche Druck ist da, und Hövelmann verspricht eine gütliche Einigung.
O-Ton Holger Hövelmann, SPD, Innenminister Sachsen-Anhalt: ‚Wir werden mit den drei Beamten durch Personalgespräche gemeinsam auf die Suche gehen, eine vernünftige berufliche Perspektive zu vereinbaren. Und wenn es im polizeilichen Staatsschutz sein kann, dann kann das auch eine Entscheidung sein.’
