“Munch is also correct when he argues for an increase in basic funding for science and research at German universities, and when he insists that regular employment positions that have been cancelled in this area should be restored. He believes there must also be a larger non-professorial teaching staff made up of employees and ‘junior professors’ on fixed-term contracts. He even thinks there ought to be an entire ‘junior faculty,’ in addition to tenured professors.”

„Unbedingt zuzustimmen ist auch seiner Forderung, die Etats zugunsten der Grundmittel umzuschichten, die Kürzungen bei den regulären Stellen zurückzunehmen und eine Vergrößerung des Mittelbaus durch befristete Mitarbeiterstellen und Juniorprofessoren vorzunehmen.
