The Technical University of Munich Is Not a Terror School – 5
“Then he leans back in his chair and starts to explain his ideas. The first thing he says is that many Berlin high schools of this type are on the verge of collapse. Of necessity. ‘That type of school is attended by only ten percent of high school students born in any given year.’ The other ninety percent attend the other three types of German high school. The ten percent includes students who are the most violent, whose personalities are the most closed, or who are perhaps simply the dumbest. Their parents drink the most, have been unemployed the longest, and can speak the least German.”
