“newRes3” by Alice Frampton, from New Resonance 3: Emerging Voices
in English-Language Haiku (Edited by Jim Kacian and Dee Evetts, Red Moon Press,
2003, 176 pps) . The New Resonance series features new talent in English-language haiku
from around the world. The selected poets are allotted sufficient space for their voice to
emerge and their themes and interests to be developed.
Alice, who is an active member of pacific-kana and Haiku Canada, has generously allowed
us to share her haiku. You can find a short bio, along with a sampling of Alice’s poetry, here.
We’ll post more, soon.
