Mental Enhancements

Friends in the medical field, I’m convinced that this is all I need to rule the world.

Yep, it was on /. not too long ago, Nerd Attention Deficit Disorder or Internet Anxiety Disorder.  I still have not adjusted to this polychronic, “tabbed” life.

    it’s weird
some things I can do without getting distracted
like in college I could play starcraft for hours and hours without having to think about school
but even now, if the TV’s on
    and I’m doing something else
I will be forced to get up
like I have these moments where I blank out at my desk
and have to scan for new headlines and new blog statements.

I think it’s more a problem of overdose of information, there’s so much of it, it becomes difficult to sort.

Time to shoot my TV/computer/network connection.

LOL. I have gotten pretty much that same line from several other friends today. Check out the last time Slate made me think that: another great prescription drug.

Luckily I am suspicious of most prescription drugs and don’t have enough friends with MDs yet. 😉
