My new love

So, now that I can no longer eat the yogurt I like, I decided to take the plunge and try plain low fat cottage cheese with fruit. Dudes, is it completely wrong to love plain low fat cottage cheese with fruit?????

My first experiment with this stuff involved pre-cut “fresh” fruit from the salad bar at the local grocery store. Well, now my imagine has run wild. Fresh strawberries. Fresh blueberries. And what was that I just heard on the radio??? Peaches??? Oooooh, yeah!!!!

This weekend??? Produce section… here I come!!!!!

You definitely aren’t from the South. We wouldn’t know how to eat cottage cheese without peaches…

Glad you found a good substitute! I love cottage cheese, but for some reason, adding fruit (or anything sweet) to it doesn’t appeal to me. I like the saltiness.

Have you done the Greek yogurt and added your own fruit? You can even buy frozen fruit and add it at night and it’s ready in the morning…just perfect.
