Season?  According to Aroldo Cardoso Jr., who wrote the intro for <strong>PingMag<\/strong>&#8216;s <a href=\"http:\/\/pingmag.jp\/2008\/02\/07\/carnival-costume-galore-in-sao-paulo\/\">entry<\/a>, planning and preparation for carnival starts in July.
