Meanwhile, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thestar.com\/NASApp\/cs\/ContentServer?pagename=thestar\/Layout\/Article_Type1&amp;c=Article&amp;cid=1059648030183&amp;call_pageid=968332188492&amp;col=968793972154\" target=\"new\">Vatican<\/a> is in the news, urging Catholics to oppose same-sex unions.  This has one Canadian bishop bugling in the cavalry and proclaiming that Jean Chretien (who is Catholic) will go to hell if he legalizes homosexual marriage.
