The role would suit him, and he can be the ceremonial head of state just as well as she can.  It&#8217;s that kind of world.  Meanwhile, <em>Time Magazine<\/em> in Canada has a fetching cover on this week&#8217;s issue, asking if the world would notice <a href=\"http:\/\/www.timecanada.com\/story.adp?storyid=1\">if Canada disappeared<\/a>.
