It&#8217;s very much inspired by <a href=\"http:\/\/ben.casnocha.com\/\">Ben Casnocha<\/a>&#8216;s article, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.american.com\/archive\/2008\/september-october-magazine\/start-up-town\">Start-Up Town<\/a>, about Boulder, CO (&#8220;&#8230;quiet little hippie city of Boulder, Colorado, has become a serious technology hub.
