I&#8217;ve got a pretty succinct summary of it over on <a href=\"http:\/\/lsi.typepad.com\/lsi\/2007\/03\/new_skills_new_.html\">LSI<\/a>. As an experiment, I&#8217;m also setting up a <a href=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/legaled\">wiki version of the report<\/a> that allows readers to correct, update, or extend the findings\/conclusions\/recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>I would especially like to thank both the <a href=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\">Berkman Center for Internet &amp; Society<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lexisnexis.com\">LexisNexis<\/a> for sponsoring this important research.<\/p>\n<p>This <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fminus.net\/index.htm\">F Minus<\/a> strip from Feb 24 rather sums up the general sentiment of the paper.
