Amazon music shop with a nice intuitive interface and lots of TabSliders or accordion panes. Also, Laszlo and Icon Media Lab (you remember <a href=\"http:\/\/www.richerexperience.com\">this RIA Demo<\/a>, right?) joined hands to write a <a href=\"http:\/\/laszlosystems.com\/success\/collateral\/Laszlo_Improving_Customer_Experience.pdf\">Profitability White Paper<\/a>(pdf). I found it through a search on google for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/search?hl=en&amp;lr=&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;oe=UTF-8&amp;q=usability\">usability<\/a>, on google&#8217;s ads. Laszlo is targeting &#8220;usability&#8221; to market RIAs. Hmm, Does using RIA&#8217;s always improve usability?
