A critical view on ICT4D was recently published in The Economist &#8212; read the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.economist.com\/opinion\/displayStory.cfm?story_id=3742817\">editorial <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.economist.com\/opinion\/displaystory.cfm?story_id=3714058\">this article<\/a>.
