According to a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theregister.co.uk\/2006\/06\/07\/norway_rules_itunes_unfair\/\">report<\/a> by The Register, the Norwegian Consumer Ombudsman now ruled that iTMS breaks the Norwegian consumer protection law and has given the company two weeks to revise its terms of contract.
