It is encouraging that both Ministers &#8211; belonging to the opposite parties of the political spectrum &#8211; made such a strong case for free speech despite the circumstances described in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theregister.co.uk\/2005\/11\/18\/swiss_fallout\/\">this <\/a>report.
