Welcome to the inaugural posting on Tozzer Library\u2019s blog.\u00a0 We plan to post items which we hope will be of interest concerning the library\u2019s collections and services, with an emphasis on interesting materials in the collection both new and old.\u00a0 And we think there is no better place to start than by announcing a new website devoted to exploring the ins and outs of using Anthropological Literature, Tozzer Library\u2019s database of bibliographic citations in anthropology.<\/p>\n
Using the Anthropological Literature E-Resource<\/p>\n
http:\/\/isites.harvard.edu\/icb\/icb.do?keyword=anthrolit<\/a><\/p>\n has been developed to demonstrate the breadth and depth of the database and provide some strategies for maximizing your search results.\u00a0 It was developed by Helen Quigley (quigley@fas.harvard.edu), Assistant Editor\/Indexer of AL, and Susan Berstler (berstler@fas.harvard.edu), Tozzer Library\u2019s Information Technology Coordinator.<\/p>\n Anthropological Literature (AL) was born when the first Librarian of the Peabody Museum Library, Roland B.
