On December 8th, 2017, at Waseda University,\u00a0I was invited to \u201cRobotics and Sport Science\u201d, Italy-Japan Workshop 2017<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I gave a Keynote speech, entitled \u00a0“Social impact of AI\/Robots: contributions to Tokyo Olympics 2020 and after” in this conference.<\/p>\n

After the conference, we had a wonderful\u00a0Reception at the Embassy of Italy.<\/p>\n

It’s a great honor to meet\u00a0H.E. Giorgio Starance, Ambassador of Italy and we had a very nice conversation, especially about cultural differences between Italy and Japan. \u00a0At the end of the reception, all of us sang our Waseda university song together!<\/p>\n
