Later I earned\u00a0masters degrees in management from Harvard University\u00a0and in accounting, finance and law from the University of St. Gallen.\u00a0I also hold a\u00a0PhD in Law from the University of Zurich\u00a0and a Doctor of\u00a0Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Kassel.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, I work\u00a0as attorney-at-law and public notary at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.teichmann-law.ch\/en\/index.html\">Swiss law firm Teichmann International (Schweiz) AG<\/a>. I also serve as director of Teichmann International (UK) Ltd. and Teichmann International (Liechtenstein) AG and am Group Chairman of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teichmann-international.com\">Teichmann International AG<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>My research focuses on money laundering, corruption and the financing of terrorism. I am always happy to exchange thoughts with fellow researchers<\/p>\n<p>***************************************<\/p>\n<p>Nach meinem Schulabschluss am Institut auf dem Rosenberg in St. Gallen, habe ich Wirtschafts- und Finanzwissenschaften an der Bocconi Universit\u00e4t in Mailand studiert und Masterstudieng\u00e4nge an der Harvard University (General Management) und an der Universit\u00e4t St. Gallen (Rechtswissenschaften, Rechnungswesen und Finanzen) absolviert. Anschliessend habe ich an der Universit\u00e4t Z\u00fcrich zum Dr. iur. und an der Universit\u00e4t Kassel zum Dr. rer. pol. promoviert.<\/p>\n<p>Derzeit bin ich als <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teichmann-law.ch\">Rechtsanwalt und Notar in St. Gallen<\/a>\u00a0t\u00e4tig. Zudem leite ich die Teichmann International (UK) Ltd., die Teichmann International (Liechtenstein) AG und die\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.teichmann-international.com\">Teichmann International AG<\/a>. Als <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teichmann-law.ch\/rechtsanwalt\/anwaltskanzlei-st-gallen.html\">Rechtsanwalt<\/a>\u00a0besch\u00e4ftige ich\u00a0mich vorwiegend mit\u00a0straf- und zivilrechtlichen Angelegenheiten. Ferner\u00a0nehme ich als\u00a0\u00f6ffentlicher <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teichmann-law.ch\/notar\/notariat-st-gallen.html\">Notar in St. Gallen<\/a>\u00a0Beurkundungen und Beglaubigungen vor.<\/p>\n<p>Mein Forschungsinteresse gilt dem Wirtschaftsstrafrecht. Insbesondere besch\u00e4ftige ich mich mit Korruption, Geldw\u00e4scherei und Terrorismusfinanzierung.
