{"id":480,"date":"2007-02-01T14:11:10","date_gmt":"2007-02-01T21:11:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/sweetpea\/2007\/02\/01\/moves\/"},"modified":"2007-02-01T18:24:46","modified_gmt":"2007-02-02T01:24:46","slug":"moves","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/sweetpea\/2007\/02\/01\/moves\/","title":{"rendered":"Moves"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Found out yesterday that a good friend of mine from law school recently moved from NY to Virginia.\u00a0 Another good friend recently moved from DC to SF.\u00a0 It looks like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogger.com\/comment.g?blogID=11345205&amp;postID=117027319252002112\">the Frog<\/a> is going to the East coast this summer and Roomie is moving to Berkeley this fall.\u00a0 I however am staying put for awhile.\u00a0 After all, I really can&#8217;t change jobs again any time soon.\u00a0 Three different firms in my first two years of practice probably looks suspicious enough!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Funny, after I graduated from UCLA in 2000, LA was the last place I thought I&#8217;d find myself living.\u00a0 Yet, six\u00a0and a half years\u00a0later, here I am.\u00a0 And it looks like I may be here to stay, for awhile at least.\u00a0 I used to make fun of one of my best friends from high school for never quite managing to leave LA despite a professed desire to do so after graduating from UCLA.\u00a0 I never thought I&#8217;d\u00a0BE her!<\/p>\n<p>Anyways, things are good.\u00a0 Not much new to report.\u00a0 Having\u00a0some friends over for the Superbowl this Sunday.\u00a0 Not that I really watch football, but I do enjoy eating and socializing and this is as good an excuse as any.\u00a0 I haven&#8217;t decided\u00a0which team to\u00a0root for, but I&#8217;m leaning towards the Colts&#8230;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>T and I are\u00a0celebrating our\u00a0one year anniversary\u00a0next weekend.\u00a0 We&#8217;re going to\u00a0see Wicked.\u00a0 With his brother.\u00a0 And his mom.\u00a0 Yes, after insisting we do something to celebrate the occasion\u00a0(I don&#8217;t\u00a0really do celebrations, so this was totally T&#8217;s call), T promptly forgets the actual date of the anniversary (despite my\u00a0lack of desire to celebrate said event, I am still a girl and therefore knew the exact date) and invites his mom and brother\u00a0to\u00a0see Wicked that night when he was offered some tickets.\u00a0 Boys.\u00a0 I guess I should just be thankful I was invited as well!\u00a0 =)<\/p>\n<p>Oh &#8211;
