\nof the Institute for Politics, Democracy and the Internet at
\nThe George Washington University; R. Rebecca Donatelli,
\npresident of Campaign Solutions and lead Internet consultant
\nto the McCain for President campaign in 2000; Laura Quinn,
\nmanaging partner at QRS Newmedia Inc.<\/a> and former deputy
\nchief of staff to Al Gore; and Harrison “Lee” Rainie,
\ndirector of the Pew Internet & American Life Project<\/a> and an
\nexpert at the use of the Internet in American society and
\nculture.<\/p>\n

       Moderator: Alexis Rice, a fellow
\nin the Center for the Study of American Government at
\nJohns Hopkins, the creator of www.campaignsonline.org<\/a> and the author of a recent report on
