I love these things&#8230;they&#8217;re revealing and (usually) easy to complete on those days when I have nothing to say.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A<\/strong> is for <strong>A<\/strong>ge: 35<\/p>\n<p><strong>B<\/strong> is for <strong>B<\/strong>eer of choice: I have no clue &#8211; I&#8217;m not a drinker<\/p>\n<p><strong>C<\/strong> is for <strong>C<\/strong>areer: I&#8217;m in academia; Administrative Director for a research program<\/p>\n<p><strong>D<\/strong> is for favorite <strong>D<\/strong>rink: Water, preferably carbonated<\/p>\n<p><strong>E<\/strong> is for <strong>E<\/strong>ssential item I use everyday: Chapstick<\/p>\n<p><strong>F<\/strong> is for <strong>F<\/strong>avorite song at the moment: &#8220;I&#8217;ve Got My Love to Keep Me Warm&#8221; (from the Verve remixed Christmas album &#8211; it&#8217;s that time of year)<\/p>\n<p><strong>G<\/strong> is for favorite <strong>G<\/strong>ame: Rummy<\/p>\n<p><strong>H<\/strong> is for <strong>H<\/strong>ometown: Osterville. Well, that&#8217;s my home-village, does that count?<\/p>\n<p><strong>I<\/strong> is for <strong>I<\/strong>nstruments I play: Officially? None. I took piano lessons as a kid, though.<\/p>\n<p><strong>J<\/strong> is for favorite <strong>J<\/strong>uice: orange juice<\/p>\n<p><strong>K<\/strong> is for <strong>K<\/strong>ids: Better seen and not heard. None for me, thanks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L<\/strong> is for <strong>L<\/strong>ast kiss: Monday morning<\/p>\n<p><strong>M<\/strong> is for <strong>M<\/strong>arriage: not yet&#8230;but being from Massachusetts, at least I&#8217;m allowed to consider it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N<\/strong> is for <strong>N<\/strong>ame of my best friend: Sadly, I&#8217;m without one right now.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O<\/strong> is for <strong>O<\/strong>vernight Hospital stays: Two<\/p>\n<p><strong>P<\/strong> is for <strong>P<\/strong>hobias: I&#8217;m not sure. I mean,\u00a0I fear certain things (pain\/suffering) but they don&#8217;t necessarily prevent me from doing things. I don&#8217;t have any irrational fears toward spiders or heights or anything.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q<\/strong> is for <strong>Q<\/strong>uote: &#8220;You know, I cried when I had no shoes, until I met a man who had no feet. And then I laughed&#8230;.really hard.&#8221; Jerri Blank in Strangers with Candy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R<\/strong> is for biggest <strong>R<\/strong>egret: Looking back, I wished I&#8217;d acted upon my instincts and realized things weren&#8217;t working out in my 10-year relationship with Matt. We probably should have broken up 4 or 5 years earlier. I think staying together so long delayed us from discovering who we really are. We&#8217;re both in better places now, I believe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S<\/strong> is for <strong>S<\/strong>elf confidence: What&#8217;s that? Are we supposed to possess that? I sure as hell don&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T<\/strong> is for <strong>T<\/strong>ime I wake up: 7:15AM on weekdays, 9:00AM on weekends<\/p>\n<p><strong>U<\/strong> is for <strong>U<\/strong>nderwear: briefs (not tighty-whities) or boxer briefs<\/p>\n<p><strong>V<\/strong> is for <strong>V<\/strong>egetable I love: broccoli, cauliflower or green beans<\/p>\n<p><strong>W<\/strong> is for <strong>W<\/strong>orst habit: OOH, I have lots. Self deprecation, impatience, incessant humming, avoiding the phone, TV addiction, reading on the toilet<\/p>\n<p><strong>X<\/strong> is for <strong>X<\/strong>-rays I&#8217;ve had: Annual dental x-rays, a few CAT scans and a full body MRI.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y<\/strong> is for <strong>Y<\/strong>ummy food I make: I don&#8217;t make food, I eat it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Z<\/strong> is for <strong>Z<\/strong>odiac: Gemini<\/p>\n<p>Well that was fun.
