I came in at 171 pounds with good blood pressure and pulse. I&#8217;m still waiting for the blood work to get back (cholesterol, thyroid, testosterone, etc&#8230;) but so far it looks good.<\/p>\n<p>And he didn&#8217;t yell at me for not exercising. I suppose &#8220;yelling&#8221; was an exaggeration&#8230;it&#8217;s more like he tries to guilt me into taking better care of myself. I know it&#8217;s for my own good, but I really am a lazy guy.<\/p>\n<p>My friend, Peter, bailed on me for Friday night so now my evening is open. Now I need to decide whether to do something social&#8230;or actually stay in and focus on finishing up my class work.
