I&#8217;ve spent most of today working on it and have 7 pages of my draft complete. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>But because of cable internet access, it&#8217;s just too tempting (and easy) to surf the net. Of course, I tell myself I&#8217;m doing it for research on my paper (the title is: In My Humble Opinion: The Effects to Commerce, Politics and Society from Expressing Opinion via the Internet). So, I&#8217;ll look something up really quickly&#8230;.and then start surfing for fun.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>When that&#8217;s not distracting me, random things will pop into my head. Like why do Gillete products have all of their labels in English and French? I mean, logically I&#8217;m thinking it&#8217;s so they can market the same razor blades&nbsp;and shaving cream in Quebec. But why is it only Gillette that does this? I don&#8217;t notice other products in my local market that are multi-lingual. Is Gillette just being very cheap (or is it smart)?&nbsp; Is Gillette just bigger in Quebec than I thought? I mean, they&#8217;re corporate headquarters and even a factory&nbsp;are here in Boston so it&#8217;s not because it&#8217;s a Canadian product. <\/P><br \/>\n<P>But I don&#8217;t know if I&#8217;m more perplexed&nbsp;that they have&nbsp;bilingual labels or that I&#8217;m actually so concerned about this that it&#8217;s distracting me from my homework.<\/P><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Okay, so after over a month of procrastination I&#8217;m finally hauling ass to get my final paper completed by next week&#8217;s deadline.
