As those of you who know me know, I&#8217;m not a night person. I&#8217;m a man of routine and any fluctuation in that routine screws up my system. Well, my system has been completely out of whack since we saw Oklahoma on Tuesday night.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>We didn&#8217;t get home until midnight, and then I was too wired to fall asleep immediately. And since I still had to get up at 6:30 a.m. for work on Wednesday, I only got 4-5 hours of sleep. I had the worst time getting up yesterday morning and decided that I&#8217;d go to be early last night to catch up.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>To guarantee a good night sleep I took a dose of Matt&#8217;s (over-the-counter*) sleeping pills around 9:00 p.m. last night. I then washed a few dishes and retired to the bedroom. The rest is history. I slept very soundly for over 9 hours, but still felt exhausted when I woke up. ARGH!<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Anyway, there&#8217;s a rumor that the sun will appear today (we&#8217;ve not had any sunshine in over a week). And this holiday weekend is supposed to be beautiful &#8211; hopefully I won&#8217;t sleep through it.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>&nbsp;<\/P><br \/>\n<P>*Why are over-the-counter drugs ones that you get without actually having to go &#8220;over-the-counter&#8221;&nbsp;of the pharmacy to get?
