Now the city is whiter than the crowd at a Celine Dion concert.<\/P><br \/>\n<P><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/blogs\/static\/snarl\/snowviewfromlivingroom.jpg\" height=\"480\" width=\"640\" border=\"0\" alt=\"snow view from living room.jpg: \"><\/P><br \/>\n<P>My street hasn&#8217;t been touched yet by plows (or shovels). In my stupidity this morning, I went out to investigate the storm and had to walk through snow higher than my belt. If you notice in the picture, the snow reaches the top of the parked car.
