So, that wasn&#8217;t going to be my heading for the day: it was supposed to be &#8220;The Dog Days of&#8230;.September?&#8221;. But Dusty decided she needed to stand on the keyboard and what you see above was the result.<\/p>\n<p>Yep, I&#8217;m dog-sitting. My parents left at 7AM on Sunday and I&#8217;ll be stuck with her (I mean, I will be enjoying her company) until next Sunday evening. I&#8217;m already exhausted. I&#8217;m not sure if it&#8217;s because she&#8217;s needy (she is) or I baby her (I do), or if I&#8217;m just not a good &#8220;parent&#8221; (I&#8217;m not). Either way, she&#8217;s cute&#8230;especially when she&#8217;s calm and lays on the sofa with me. Otherwise she&#8217;s not cute&#8230;ever. (kidding&#8230;sorta)<\/p>\n<p>Otherwise, my weekend was spent on the Cape&#8230;.helping Randy garden on Saturday, then taking over dog responsibilities yesterday. Randy is ditching me for a business trip in the morning so I&#8217;ll be a single parent the next few nights.
