But first, since Harvard is changing their ID cards so that they no longer indicate your affiliation (staff, student, officer), Brad and I went out at lunch to get our new photos taken (but not after, I&#8217;m embarrassed to say, I&nbsp;practiced different facial expressions in the bathroom&nbsp;at my office for a few minutes).<\/P><br \/>\n<P>The results? I look like a murderer.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>OK &#8211; stupidly thinking that taking a passport photo just a few minutes later would somehow make me look more magically delicious, Brad and I walked to the post office where a friendly man withdrew his Polaroid Instamatic and proceeding to blind me with the flash. Minutes later, a photo of a hunchbacked terrorist appeared. It took me a few minutes to realize &#8220;Wait, that&#8217;s me!&#8221;<\/P><br \/>\n<P>So, here you go&#8230;a progression of photos taken over the last month. First, my new Driver&#8217;s License (not too bad). Then, my new Harvard ID (I look like a&nbsp;sun-burned pyschopath), and finally, the passport photo (didn&#8217;t my Mom ever tell me to sit up straight? And what about those bug-eyes? I look like I&#8217;m falling in love with the photographer).<\/P><br \/>\n<P><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/media-cyber.law.harvard.edu\/blogs\/static\/snarl\/passport.jpg\" height=\"652\" width=\"337\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\"><\/P><br \/>\n<P>Ugh.. I was tempted to ask for new passport photos&#8230;but they charge $15 and it wasn&#8217;t worth it. I guess it shouldn&#8217;t really matter. I mean, it&#8217;s not like anybody local is going to be seeing my passport.
