I wanted to learn more about it, so I trolled some local news sites.<br \/>\nThen some hyperlocal news sites.<br \/>\nThen The Internetz, via various search engines.  <\/p>\n<p>Nothing.  <\/p>\n<p>Twitter?  Came through after a fashion: people passing it, like me, on the NJ Turnpike.  Some had <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/LilianeHaub\/status\/201352517223841792\/photo\/1\">cameras<\/a> to match their rubber necks.
