My brother Sebasti\u00e1n Gray Avins<\/a>, architect and essayist<\/a>, have a lovely new website up for their architecture firm, Bresciani Gray Arquitectos<\/a>.\u00a0 Now you can see their recent projects, from municipal buildings to the Chilean display at the Venice Biennales.\u00a0 They include both images and floorplans in most cases.\u00a0 I should find out if they have high-resolution images up to complement the overviews.<\/p>\n

One of my favorites is Librer\u00eda Ulises<\/a> — a bookstore with the glory and scope of a library.\u00a0 What I wouldn’t give to have such a store in my city!\u00a0 You can also see it in the upper-left of the gallery below.\u00a0 And I learned a few things from their design of the new Psychology building<\/a> at the\u00a0 Pontifical University of Chile<\/a>. Props to the architects –\u00a0browse some of their work if you need a break from the everyday.<\/p>\n
