Thanks to a pointer from Inter Alia<\/a><\/em>, I discovered a new weblog today called TradeMark Express<\/strong><\/em><\/a>:<\/font> A Blog about Trademarks, Copyrights & Starting a Business.<\/em>\u00a0 It’s run by Shannon Moore<\/a>, who is\u00a0General Manager for the trademark research and consultation company also named TradeMark Express<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0 The weblog looks like a good place to go to keep abreast of happenings in the tm and copyright arenas.\u00a0 I especially want to give it a plug because — unlike\u00a0weblogs\u00a0hosted by law firms who practice in those fields — TME<\/em> links to a lot of free, self-help materials.\u00a0 For example, the following resources from Nolo.com<\/a>:<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n
