Family Law, Public Accommodations, Antitrust, and Arbitration\u201d (06 Jan 2017 | San Francisco, CA).\u00a0Professors\u00a0Asifa Quaraishi-Landes University of Wisconsin Law School\u00a0<\/b>and a SHARIAsource senior scholar,\u00a0Haider Hamoudi of University of Pittsburgh Law School<\/strong>\u00a0and a SHARIAsource contributor, and other scholars of Islamic law and Jewish law will discuss whether and how the U.S. legal system can accommodate Halacha and shar\u012b\u02bfa. They will look at\u00a0Soleiman v. Soleiman\u00a0and\u00a0Garcia v. Church of Scientology, among other cases.
