David Dreier favors vouchers and school prayer. The National Parent Teacher Association<\/a> gave Dreier a 0% rating<\/strong> in 2003-2004.<\/a> The <\/a>National Education Association<\/a> gave Dreier a 0% rating in 2005.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n
