We realized if\u00a0these sort of non-bug-related Q&#8217;s\u00a0were\u00a0fielded by the question-asker&#8217;s\u00a0registrar users, it would improve connections\u00a0between registrar users and those using Perma in their communities, as well as\u00a0give the registrar users\u00a0more visibility into how their communities\u00a0are using it.<\/p>\n<p>We are accordingly\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">changing the way questions from Perma users are directed<\/span>: when an org user submits a question via the Perma\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/perma.cc\/contact\">contact page<\/a>, the question is emailed directly to their registrar users. The registrar user will then be able to field this, connecting them with the user who has submitted it.<\/p>\n<p>The Perma team will still be cc&#8217;d on these emails and are\u00a0available to be reached out to if the issue is a bug or technical issue. We&#8217;re excited for the increased collaboration between registrar users and their community that is to come from this change!<\/p>\n<p><em>Questions?
