I caught up with Debbie a few weeks after the AALL conference to find out more about her \u00a0(and her institution&#8217;s) thoughts on Perma.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.harvard.edu\/perma\/files\/2016\/11\/PTaJBHJP-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-453 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.harvard.edu\/perma\/files\/2016\/11\/PTaJBHJP-1-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"ptajbhjp-1\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/perma\/files\/2016\/11\/PTaJBHJP-1-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/perma\/files\/2016\/11\/PTaJBHJP-1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/perma\/files\/2016\/11\/PTaJBHJP-1.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Currently Educational Technology Librarian at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Debbie has\u00a0been instrumental in promoting\u00a0Perma.cc as a way to help those at Chicago-Kent Law fight link and reference-rot.<br \/>\nOriginally hearing about Perma through email lists, Chicago-Kent use has primarily centered around faculty using it for their own articles and publications, as well as for in-class materials and links. Faculty members had also noted the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2013\/09\/24\/us\/politics\/in-supreme-court-opinions-clicks-that-lead-nowhere.html\">New York Times<\/a>\u00a0article on Perma.cc, raising their interest in utilizing Perma.
