I’ll organize three day trips while we’re there: I expect we’ll go to the Rioja wine country, San Sebastian (and maybe San Jean de Luz in France, or as a separate trip), a day around Bakio, and a day in Bilbao. I’ll find activities/destinations, restaurants and organize transit for those day trips and if you come you’re welcome to join us or not as you prefer.
