He\u00a0was also the inaugural Elliot Stone Fellow at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mahealthdata.org\/forums\/events\/2008\/AM_0606\/MhdcPanel1_ShahStone.pdf\">Massachusetts Health Data Consortium<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Neel is currently helping launch a social venture called Costs of Care, aimed at driving a paradigm shift in medical decision-making towards cost-awareness.
