{"id":1422,"date":"2004-05-09T11:32:18","date_gmt":"2004-05-09T15:32:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/nateptest\/2004\/05\/09\/whew-2\/"},"modified":"2004-05-09T11:32:18","modified_gmt":"2004-05-09T15:32:18","slug":"whew-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/natep\/2004\/05\/09\/whew-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Whew!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a name='a322'><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m finally done with a lot of the stuff that was taking up most of the time in my life, especially my blogging time.<\/p>\n<p>Boyfriend and I are moved in together.&nbsp; I have never lived with a<br \/>\nromantic partner before, so this is sort of weird.&nbsp; We&#8217;ve spent a<br \/>\nyear and a half commuting between each others&#8217; houses, and now we live<br \/>\nin the same space.&nbsp; So we&#8217;re trying to figure out how we can live<br \/>\nwith one another.&nbsp; It&#8217;s as if we expect the other to go home at<br \/>\nsome point&#8230;.&nbsp; We&#8217;re learning how to be around each other without<br \/>\nhaving to be with each other, but it&#8217;s an acquired skill.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m in the midst of grading papers for my students, something which I<br \/>\nwas unable to do while moving, but it&#8217;s the usual long hard slog of<br \/>\ntrying to be constructive and helpful while getting simultaneously<br \/>\nbored, because they end up writing lots of the same stuff and making<br \/>\nmany of the same mistakes.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re also planning our houseblessing\/housewarming for the 21st.&nbsp;<br \/>\nIncense, priests, monks, gin, and loud music.&nbsp; Should be<br \/>\nfun.&nbsp; If you&#8217;re a Boston person, let me know if you&#8217;re interested<br \/>\nin coming&#8230;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m finally done with a lot of the stuff that was taking up most of the time in my life, especially my blogging time.
